Our split bodied (Galactic) Butterfly Valve satisfies the requirement for a reliable valve able to resist highly corrosive and aggressive fluids. Available in sizes from 50mm to 300mm bore.

Suitable for use with bulk solids, liquids and slurries they are robust in construction and available in wafer type only at present.

Construction

1、Carbon Steel, Catheforesis coated, split body construction allows the use of a moulded seat/liner of virgin PTFE. This makes the valve ideal for chemical applications
2、The one piece investment cast stainless steel disc is coated with PFA and UHMWPE at 3mm thick
3、Bearings are PTFE and self- lubricating
4、All fasteners are stainless steel
5、For assembly between PN10/PN16 Flanges
