High Speed Ampule Machines:

FLUSHING:
Flushing with inert gas , such as nitrogen , before and after filling , reduces oxidation of sensitive products.

FILLING:
Positive ampule neck centering assures concentric entry and exit of nozzle through ampule neck.
Safety device eliminates product discharge in the event a container has not been delivered.
Ability to bottom-up fill permits higher speeds with foamy products.

SEALING:
Easily-controlled two-stage burners (preheat and final) , fired by manufactured, bottled or natural gas, mixed with oxygen to consistently produce uniform, finished seals by standard "pull-seal" method.
Ampule rotating mechanism assures positive rotation and uniform heating of the glass at the sealing station .
Ampule can also be tip-sealed with no change of parts-mostly used for onion skin tubes.
