Continuous Motion

1. Continuous Motion-Rotary:
For rotary filling and stoppering of liquid pharmaceuticals, Cozzoli's Model CR400 offers speeds up to 24,000 container/hour. Volumetric accuracy is better than 0.5%, which either full or partial insertion of stoppers.

2. Continuous Motion-In-Line:
For problem-free, in-line filling of most containers or those with small openings, Cozzoli's LF1240/S series offers in-line liquid filling and stoppering with smooth, efficient container handing at speeds up to 300 containers/minute.

Class 100 Aseptic Design

Aseptic design features of our low profile monoblock machines contribute to more effective laminar flow. Remote plug and cap pick-up stations minimize turbulence. Laminar flow is unobstructed over containers. Open-center star wheel promotes laminar flow and minimizes turbulence.
