Fill-Level
Inspection System
|
|

|
※ Type FCH 100
This Fill-Level Inspection System is designed
for automatic underfill inspection by high-frequency technology,
of liquid fill-levels of containers. A complete production line
inspection via safe and reliable procedure is assured and with
an inspection capacity of more than 10,000 c.p.h., this system
incorporates high speed inspection technology into a quality
control program which is cost attractive to the manufacturer
having smaller production line demands.
This Fill-Level Inspection System is soundly constructed from
stainless steel. All electronic circuitry has C-Mos technology
fixable on easily exchangeable plug-in modules and is incorporated
in a waterproof switch cabinet. The inspection function is signaled
via light-emitting diodes fitted on the switch cabinet face.

※ Type FCH 120
|
|
This Fill-Level Inspection System is
designed for automatic underfill inspection, by gamma ray technology,
of liquid fill-levels of containers on canning lines. A complete
product inspection via optimum procedure is guaranteed upon
installation of this quality control inspection station. Depending
upon conveyor, container type, and product, a speed of up to
80,000 c.p.h. can be achieved.
This Fill-Level Inspection System is soundly constructed from
stainless steel, with a variable height adjustment for quick
and simple changeover to allow inspection of different-sized
cans. The gamma ray inspection head is integrated in a sealed
protected stainless steel housing. Thus, the design and production
line integration of this system are in compliance with the most
stringent international safety regulations. Installation of
the Fill-Level Inspection System should occur after the filling
machine, on a straight path without any production line pressure
conditions.

※ FILL LEVEL INSPECTION FCH
130 via X-Ray detection principle for PET, Glass and Canning
lines
|
|

|
FCH 130 fill level inspection
is the ideal inspection system for the implementation in filling
lines of low, medium and high speed. The extremely compact design
of the system allows its application even in Companies, which
until now could not afford to invest in quality inspection equipment
for their filling lines. Product speed can be up to 120,000
c.p.h. .
The installation of x-ray technology for fill level inspection
offers high accuracy and reliability, independent of type and
material of the container and the product to be inspected, without
the use of a radioactive source.
Main Features:
¨ Have no use for radioactivity label
¨ Certification is easier to obtain than GAMMA-ray
¨ Can be used for PET-, Glass- and Canning lines
¨ No problems with radioactive waste disposal
¨ Simple operation
¨ High accuracy of measurement, even with foaming product |
