Lined Dies

Lined dies are typically used to compress abrasive and acidic materials. Ceramic-lined dies offer a reduction of friction and are corrosion-free. Both ceramic and carbide liners last considerably longer than the traditional steel dies.

Carbide and Ceramic Tip Tools

Carbide and ceramic-tipped tooling is primarily used for compressing materials that are abrasive and/or acidic, or otherwise too demanding for tool steels. This type of tooling reduces maintenance requirements and offers extended service.
