  • Handles any product viscosity! If it can be pumped the HCIF
    can add inclusions.

  • Full open enrobing chamber handles even the largest inclusions – whole Oreo cookies shown in picture (to scale)

  • Handles high line pressures common with viscous ice cream

  • Piston side-entry for inclusions is very gentle

  • Ice cream passes straight through, with no pressure drop or
    resistance from vanes.

  • Does not incorporate air as vane machines can

  • No vanes – no metal to metal wearing parts

         

Excellent distribution of inclusions
